awesome battle in race 3 Minder and Zombie... Thanks Sven for another set of great cars. and for your efforts running this week to week!

Going 3-wide to corkscrew, my brain just said no.

Ok-ish race. Was very tired and had a lot of stutter in especially the first two heats. Deleted some stuff from my hard disk before the third heat and that helped a bit. There is something fishy about this 1.16.3 version of AC; never had so much issues (UI loading slow, stutter, sometimes can't quit back to menu) before.
First heat had a lot of fun watching the top three battle, but couldn't get close enough. Almost gave Zombie fourth when I slowed down a lap early for 4th place victory dance. Second heat was stutter mayhem. Had LRyder behind me and I missed I don't know how many apexes, probably looked like a drunk gorilla swerving on the track. Third heat was again ok-ish, managed to pass mr_urlauber, and then señor got too tired again. Went off track, lost a position. Later bumped into urlauber and had to give up another spot. Had some excellent battles and races in this series, and thanks Offcorsa and Gerald for another team title! Many thanks for racing again, seemed to be one of the more successful series so far, with a lot of people at least making five races. On to Ring Week and a few off season events!

A lot of action on that lovely track
![]() I really enjoyed the battles in every heats with half of the pack I think. Every race were intense, clean and fair, pure moments! The 3 way battle with LRyder and Dima in first heat was very good; but I felt ashamed when straights came, letting the 86 behind and no more on the next braking when LR was on my heels ![]() Second and third heats were as good as first one with new partners involved, crossing their lines with furious roaring engines, including that now famous 3 wide corkscrew braking (picture below, before brake point) ![]() My brain wanted more laps but after the last heat, I was well tired while memories of this serie were flasing in my head. Thank you guys for making those races so tasteful and thank you Sven for running the series again!

i was right behind you three coming to the corkscrew.
"opportunistic dread" best describes how I felt at that moment. |
