The series will start next Sunday, but first we'll do a final pre-season race this Sunday, at none other than the legendary, gruelsome, gracefully bumpy and extraordinarily challenging Nürburgring Nordschleife!
Sign up for this race by posting IN and the car you want to drive for this event. It does not have to be the same car as for the series as you will not score point for the series in this race.
Sign-up closes at 7:30 PM UK, which is 30 minutes before qualifying start. Please make a new post when your status changes. Maybe's and Out's are appreciated when you're less certain or can't make it, please specify why as we spend a lot of time setting this stuff up for you.
Race Format:
Track: Nürburgring Nordschleife (Nordschleife layout)
Practice: live from Sunday 5 PM UK, search "cosy" in the server list
Qualifying: 20 minutes
Heat 1: 3 laps (qualifying result is grid order)
Small break: depending on the winning manufacturer, a one lap group tourist drive in either the Ferrari F40 (Lancia), Ford GT40, Porsche 917K or Toyota Supra MK IV Tuned
Heat 2: 3 laps (reverse top 8 of Heat 1)
Dessert: depending on the winning manufacturer, unlimited tourist driving in either the Ferrari F40 (Lancia), Ford GT40, Porsche 917K or Toyota Supra MK IV Tuned
