I screwed up 3 times in the 2nd race, so I ragequit (without the rage)
Had some nice racing in the 1st one, would have had also in 2nd, as it started quite ok... but I have no idea what happened and by the 2nd lap i was 40s behind everyone. Better luck next time

Totally agree. Really enjoyed the challenge of lapping a car safely without loosing too much time and without scaring the *@#! out of the BMW driver.
Last night for me was not about position, but the immersive experience of driving this historic classic beast on a bonkers track. I had the ffb strength turned up to simulate how the 962 non-power assisted steering might feel, and my new Buttkicker shaking away on the bumpy surface. Better than any workout at the gym.
When I saw the 962c car/track combo I thought, really? But is was an inspired choice.

Those BMW drivers have names. And feelings!
It's a fun track with a fun car! Though next time I should make absolutely sure that I saved my pit strategy with my racing setup not with the qualy one. I was standing in the pits and screaming at my pit crew to finally do something. But they didn't :/
Race 2 was more fun, especially with Ed and close between the Porsches. More of that please!
It was an awesome combo: this old fast track doesn't forgive big mistakes and the surgical precise Porsche was a challenge itself to stay on the track. Loved it!
The narrow cockpit gave me the feeling I was in a plane (or a missile), the "Alt" (for Altimeter ) inscription on the dashboard reinforced that.
The first braking point was very hard to judge, the long fast full speed right downhill confused me a lot because of the shakes, I can't imagine what could it be IRL.
I first softened suspensions, recuded the sharpness of the direction and added rear downforce; my two goals were to be able to go full throttle the sooner in corners and have a stable car to be focused only on the line.
The start was slippy, Dima lost the lead and I too after few laps. I decided to pit at half race, my rear tyres strated to go after 6-7 laps and front followed short time after. I lost a bit my concentration, made some mistakes and the gap in front was pretty huge, no possible catch even if I could go 1-2 sec faster than other with worned tyres. Great job to have kept those all the race, guys!
I picked up hard tyres for the second race, I wasn't confident at all to keep mediums for all the race long. I knew I were slower for about 10 laps, so I tried to stay not far away without chasing and it paid!
The car became perfect around lap 12 as tyres' heat were optimum and I had consumed enough fuel to free the beast. I felt it was literally flying over the track, the screaming engine throwing us thru turns and traffic.
I hope I havn't scared some BMers, I know they have feelings too and if I had be in M3, I think I just yelled of fear at those stupidly fast 962 passing sometimes way too close! The difference of pace was so huge that some times I hadn't the time for reflexion we were already side by side. It led to awkward situations when some left the door fully opened and I chosen to take the other side, 2 wheels in the dirt, almost chopping the mirror of the slower car ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Thank you Sven and all drivers for this awesome and intense night!
