All in all: good fun! There's one picture I have in mind which summerizes my experience with the F40:
Race 2 on Brands Hatch was fun, too, though it was really irritating to hit the brake paddle in the BMW, it was like instant wall (compared to the F40). Problems with the cluth on Chip's beemer secured me my second Cosy win (off season, but it's a win) Red Bull ring was a bit too long for my taste, the short version would have done it, too. But the field was very close together, liked that!

We switched the format up a bit and allowed the average Joe to join us as well
Ruf vs. F40 @ Zandvoort M3 E30 Gr. A vs. Audi Sport Quattro vs. Lamborghini Countach S1 @ Brands Hatch Toyota AE 86 Tuned @ Riverside Long Red Bull Ring Sorriez about the lack of balance between some of the cars, I'm always really happy that I don't have to do balance testing for off season events That aside, had a lot of fun. F40 vs. Yellowbird was a battle between urlauber and me for first, just a matter of lesser mistakes combined with short bursts of genius. The Audi wasn't a match for the E30 Group A's at Brands, so I just battled S4b1n and (I think) Macropuolpo, at least I passed a Bimmer once Last race was classic again in the AE86 Tuned (vs. E30 S1 @ Red Bull Ring). First battling S4b1n, taking the lead only to get too easy on the car and lose it myself. Close battle with Offcorsa for a lap, but slightly missing my braking point downhill halfway the lap, couldn't catch up even though I was again nearly sitting on my wheel. Felt like racing Shetland ponies. Yeah.. and with that, I salute you!

Ever have a night when you think "why did I bother?" Lol
Dreading the F40 as I thought it would be too tight a track but massive thanks to Mr Urlauber and Sven for the setup tips that literally transformed the beast, and somehow I put it on the front row! Unfortunately a terrible start saw me in 5th soon and I was playing catchup - only for my PC to bloody freeze 2 laps in grrrr! Second race in Bimmer went better, although what should have been victory saw me snatch defeat away, with a dying clutch pedal (again) and 2 trips on to the grass at Graham Hill bend on consecutive laps incurring penalties............. Last race the M3 was clearly slower than the ricer drift machine, but still fun and then last 2 laps my accelerator was only giving me ~70% power!!! Think they need a clean/service. Thanks for organising though Sven - looking forward to the next races.......
