- your skin: create your own skin (skinning tutorial here) or I'll create one for you; provide a simple livery as reference if you want, or just a few colors (preferred!), or provide me carte blanche. 
(one skin takes me anywhere from half an hour to 4-6 hours, depending on the linework I already have, please understand that I like those hours to be fun and don't like to do replica's without any creative freedom)

In case of 1 Pro and 2 Am's only the best Am counts towards week total. In case of 3 Am's of course the best two. In case of 2 Pro's only the best Pro counts towards week total; in short, you need an Am driver if you want to be competitive with teams that have good pro and am drivers.
