More or less a pilot to see if there will be enough people around..
Short explanation
You'll drive two races and two qualifying sessions in two different classes, there will be no championship standings at first, but I'll do weekly results for teams consisting of pro and am drivers (sum of both total race times of one car will be the team's result). When signing up you can therefore drive in two different teams. For the first race(s) I'll assign the pairs.
Eligible Cars
Street Tuner (ST), consisting of cars like the BMW M3 E92
Grand Tourer (GT), cars like the BMW Z4 GT3
For the first week I've only prepared the BMW M3 E92 and BMW Z4 GT3. New manufacturers will follow every week.
Race Format
Sprint Qualifying: 10 minutes
Heat 1: 20-25 minutes (in laps)
Sprint Qualifying: 10 minutes
Heat 2: 20-25 minutes (in laps)
The end race timer will allow the Street Tuner class to finish the race.
Am: first heat in Street Tuner
Pro: first heat in GT
Track
Track of the week is randomly drawn every week from a list of three (two very common/Kunos tracks, one less familiar). Tracks that haven't been drawn stay on the list for next weeks draw.
For this Wednesday:
Track 1: Mugello
Track 2: Virginia International Raceway (full course layout) http://www.racedepartment.com/downloads/...way.11892/
Track 3: Monza
There won't be a practice server to avoid needing any preparation. It's pure turn-up-and-race.
