Pure terror . My interpretation of the co-driver's cues is that he has a heat-stroke and/or wants to die very badly in Greece for further unspecified reasons.
The number of lefts and rights combined with the number 6 where I ran in 2nd or 3rd gear are numerous.
But I wont put the blame solely on my co-driver, I messed up as well knowing all to well that the cues given in Greece are quite optimistic. I think in total I went of 6 times (x 15s penalty) and in the night stage I managed to professionally remove the headlights with somewhere between 1 and 2 kms still to go. Then, without adjusting the brightness offcourse, I crawled to the finish.
In hindsight I might even be happy that I finished at all.
I thought I wold have a practice run through the stages lastnight (taking note of delofs comments) it didn't go well, crash, bang, roll. Bloody death trap is Greece. Then my headset decided to get in on the action and proceeded to snap the ear cup mount. Third pair of turtle beaches to do this. So new set (not TB) ordered and maybe give Greece another go over the weekend.
