Finally, I could make some better setups
I changed Gears, Aero, Suspensions, Dampers
I did not touch camber since, I don't have much knowledge

First 2 (1.0, 1.1) setups are high downforce packages.
Third (1.2) is slightly lower but higher than default one.
You could go slightly aggressive on kerbs with second (1.1).
You could go flat out at turn 1 and old pit straight.
265+ flat out is possible @ old pit straight with 1 & 2 setups (1.0, 1.1).
Could reach speeds of 300+ on Wellington and Hanger Straights.
To go flat out on old pit straight shift early to 7th gear and then without lifting off the throttle, Shift down to 6th then turn.
