Jumped on for a short while but the tyres were locked and not open, running at 15 psi made it 'interesting' and as the server was passworded it was unlikely that any one else would join so left it there for the day.
tried the 911, time attack and rx-7 managed 1.41 times in a couple of laps for all 3, nothing special but not the worst ever either!

I wrongly assumed Value= left empty wouldn't lock them, but it did at lower values. Forgot the password apparently, again sorry for wasting your time. I was a bit in a hurry, this clearly comes at a cost. Next time the setups/BoP will be more tested.

At least thanks for the 1:41's even on this meager setup, that still counts for something!

Porsche: Low 1:37s if you have the patience for it, I don't. Brakes are worst of em all. Could be dangerous around the other cars, especially the Lotus. Needs +2 PSI all round.

Lotus: Low 1:35s. -2 PSI at the rear. Fronts come down eventually but takes a couple of laps. Solid car.

BMW: Mid 1:38s. Snap oversteer in the braking zone made it a little harsh to hold.

Audi: Mid 1:34s Real handful but gets there. A little too responsive maybe. Feels like it needs a wee Scottish guy in the passenger seat shouting pace notes!

Alfa: Mid 1:35s This thing just locked the fronts all the time. When you get used to that, it's quick.

Merc: Unsure about times, think low 1:35. solid car. I have a set up that gave me Mid 1:33s

We didn't get much of a chance to see the cars side by side. The times were quite different. We'll try to align some cars that are close next time.

Dropped the GT40, Porsche 911 RSR and Toyota Supra MK IV Time Attack for now. BMW M3 E30 Gr. A will be replaced by its DTM counterpart, Lotus 2-Eleven will be redeveloped.

Setups have been slightly updated in most cases, Audi untouched except for 60% boost (which cannot be locked, but please keep it at 60).

Merc was mid 1:35s, didn't feel any different.
Alfa was slow as shit after 3rd gear. Seemed to be breaking better, but may have been the lack of speed. Was 3.5 secs slower than last week. 1:39s
RX7 was very twitchy. At the corner speeds required to keep up with the Merc/Audi it was understeering wildly. 1:38s
RX7 vs alfa was close in time but the RX7 drove past on the straight easily. 10mph difference by the end of start finish, also accelerated quicker from slow speeds.
Merc vs Audi was close. Merc owned the corners and Audi has the straights.

Put up the server again for tonight, all above four minus the RX-7, Alfa adjusted BoP. If the heat has gone, feel free to have a go!

After testing yesterday at Laguna Seca, To me the Alfa was the best of the 3 cars once I had adapted to the brakes and not down shifting too early.
Laptimes were around 1.35.5 for the Alfa and the Merc, with the Alfa just a tad quicker in acceleration, may be a downshift in the merc was required out the corners.
I had a few moments in the merc where the backend is stepping out this might be why the Alfa seemed the better car for me in this testing session.
the Audi lap times were around 1.36.3 and this is a totally different car and suffers a bit 'too' much under steer. To maximise the corners I was often right on the track limits. On the plus side on the majority of occasions clipping the sausages is barely noticeable!
(on a side note, the Audi was loading in 'white' and looked like it needed a advertising poster pinned to the rear!)

I ran a session of each so far
The BMW was a difficult car to get round the track for me, the torque / grip on acceleration was hard to 'feel' in the wheel feedback and fastest lap for me was 1.42
The porsche was easy round the track and withing a couple of laps made a 1.39.6
the Lotus Exige feels like the current Lotus series, A little on the understeery side but made a 1.40.5 ish lap time
reasonable easy drive
The Lotus Evora, was the most inconsistant because of how much the car is on a tight balance between off power oversteer and on power understeer, with both required to get the reasonable laptime. I did one lap of 1.40.3 the other laps all had mistakes with 1.42 or higher if i remember right
