Even without rain and headlights, my fps is lower in wales, so I am guessing it's the amount of trees. Granted I could lower the setting for trees, so they are only 2D like the spectators in AC, but I like the graphics in DR on ultra settings :-)
I don't understand how you can even drive with fps below 30.
Turn down all the other volumes, but leave co driver at 100%. :-)

Did a lot better, still fucked up some stages by early mistakes, contrary to late mistakes in the first and second week.
