Find the event in the list by searching for "Cosy" under Drive -> Challenges -> Special Events

Im going to give two laps time, one with default turbo at 60% and another at 100%.

It took a bit of tuning, but i managed to get a 1:21.827 with 60% turbo. The car wheelspins over the hills, you need a lot of throttle control if you run with TCS off. I attached the setup to this post.

I tried one flying lap with 100% turbo and got a 1:20.923 which seems too easy. Play with my setup and let me know what you guys think!

Initially when looking to set the challenge my immediate thoughts were for Susuka with the Honda NSX (1990s) then to the Acura NSX new one, but there were none / no decent downloads from Race department that I could see.

We don't race this track often, but is one that most know for a good nostalgic feel.

I was unsure on times to set as I don't want to discourage those that are no quite so good (like myself!)
I did minimal testing to set the times so that I can enjoy attempting this time trial too.

As far as I'm concerned, if its in the settings then you can use it. I did not play around with it originally so the times may be far too easy to achieve.

Probably better to leave the turbo boost as is then?

I think if Yellowthingy set this up without changing the Turbo, then we should only accept times with it at it's default 60%.

Ah, please only use the actual event, as the conditions (very) likely vary from free practice as well and that would possibly see very different lap times, as well as require a different setup.

At least you went for Deep Forest and not Trial Mountain - those massive hills mean you're looking at the steering wheel or roof lining for most of the track

Well the good news is it seems my computer is now running without crashes!

And the bad? news is that I can't get anywhere close to your times?? Struggling to get below 1:25, with a best of 1:24.849

This is using the hotlap event from CM and Yellow's setup (at 60% boost). I just don't see where I can find the time

Not sure that the hotlap event is the same as the special events in the vanilla AC. Temps may be all over the place.

Also that track/car combo takes a little thinking. There's a few bumps that really upset the car, learn to expect/miss them and the time drops pretty quick.

I really struggled with this one!

Very special, couldn't get below 1:23.750. 6 laps is my limit, 6 days late. Gave up
