 Race 1: Laguna Seca Eight drivers found their way to the US for the series opener! A very surprising result in qualifying, as Yellowthingy clinched pole for the race with an 1:26.351 lap, just ahead of Kuffy and Sleepwalker. Further down Stephen_hill and Sven didn't impress yet in qualifying, but in the races both stepped up despite costly mistakes on their pit stops! Race 2: Calabogie
The Canadian track is the backdrop of a four car battle! Again a surprising qualifying, with Sven two seconds down on the rest of the pack. In the race the Dutchman made great progress as he remained without mistakes and off track adventures to overtake Stewart4444 coming out of the pits for the win. Race 3: Red Bull Ring
Onto Austria for our first race in the Praga's with a six car grid! A very close qualifying this time, with pretty much everyone in the 52 second laps, except for Stephen_hill, who took pole with a 51.902. Despite Sven qualifying all the way down the board, the Dutchman didn't lock up often and almost managed to close the gap with Dimavika! Race 4: Nürburgring GP
The infamous Moby Dick returns for a race in Germany! With a pretty big gap of almost a second between every car in qualifying, this didn't have the looks of becoming a close race. Despite that, Kuffy, Yellowthingy and Iovenitti spent the entire first half of the race chasing and battling each other, where Sven soon find himself close to Dimavika rear bumper, waiting for that one mistake to happen! Race 5: Tor Poznan
The Praga's made for a spectacle near the Renaissance-style city! A quirky car to control at times, the Prage definitely made for an interesting battle earlier at Austria based Red Bull Ring. This time we move to Poland, only with four drivers attending, but that would not make for a boring race at all. Plenty of position changes and drama! Race 6: Silverstone International
The first race in the mighty McLaren, on home soil! A slightly boozed up organisation (blame the presence or mr_urlauber and wife at Cosy HQ) made for a less than perfect preparation and setup of the event. Despite that the racing was again very good even without many battles, with a car that really rewards solid driving, requiring a combination of pressure and patience. With Dimavika clocking in 3 tenths faster of Sven and Yellowthing (both 1:06.1xx), the USA based driver was looking forward to gain points on championship leader Sven. But even with mr_urlauber watching the race, Sven still profited from one slight off moment to get back into the lead. A tire change didn't help for Dimavika, where the gaps between cars where 10 seconds plus by the end of the race. Race 7: Croft
Another McLaren race on home soil, with practice in difficult weather! Despite loads of effort by all five drivers to get a good qualifying lap in, it was Pro-am rookie Yellowthingy who clinched pole position. HudsonBayCo was the only of the four not to end up with a 1:23 laptime, settling for a 1:27.439. Hudson's pace provided an interesting moment later in the race, where Sven had built a slight but consistent lead over Dimavika. Yellowthingy pitted earlier to disappear, when a blue flag move of HudsonBayCo got misinterpreted by Sven, who then ended up spinning a few corners later. The Dutchman got in even worse weather when he ended up getting a few penalties for going wide after the heavy braking zone of Tower Bend. Meanwhile Yellowthingy had gotten into second, and with the end race time getting closer and closer, the gap between the top three diminished to the point they could all see each other down the home straight.
