Track Draw
One of the following two tracks will be drawn, the others will carry on to next week. Track will be drawn at race time. Read more about the track draw in the rules.

Race Format
15 minutes practice (from 7:45 PM UK)
20 minutes qualifying
Heat 1: 20 minutes timed (pit window* between minute 5 and 15)

*: put in a minimum of 1L of fuel for a pit stop to count, you can practice this during the practice part of the session as well

Grid orders
Heat 1: qualifying result
Heat 2: heat 1 result
Success ballast based on drivers standings
1st place: 20kg
2nd place: 10kg
3rd place: 5kg
Success ballast is only for race heats, based on the results up to previous week's race
Success ballast is added on top of division based handicap weight (see division list in the rules)
Success ballast will be based on average scores of the drivers participating in that weeks race, only for both racing heats. The highest average score of the attendees gets 20 kg, runner-up 10 kg and third place 5 kg. So if the driver with the highest average points in the series is not racing, the 20 kg success ballast goes to the runner-up, and so on (and also if the second highest average driver is missing, etc).
First Time Racing Here?
1) make sure you've posted your car choice (and skin preferences) in http://cosyracingcommunity.com/thread-1259.html
2) sign up every week in the weekly race thread with an In, Maybe or Out. You can join a series any time and don't have to make all the races.
3) Discord is mandatory to participate in our events, joining our voice channel is recommended (a mic is not mandatory). More on Discord and download: http://cosyracingcommunity.com/thread-362.html
4) at around 7:45 PM UK, I will post a message on Discord saying the server is live with the track of the day. It's then in practice mode until qualifying starts. To join, search "cosy" in the server list, password is not necessary since it's a locked entry list.
5) make sure to read the rules and this entire post before asking questions
