How much work is it to create these replays. I'm wondering if for the next series if it's possible to do an onboard replay of the pole position lap?

It's not particularly difficult. There is an excellent app that combines the start sequence, camera changes and leader board. Once that was setup it runs itself for each replay.

The main issue is time. I record each replay. Then render it. Then upload to YouTube. Fortunately I work from home Monday, so can do it around that at my desk 

It should be fairly easy to do an onboard lap, it's just ensuring I setup the camera and not change it. Actually it would probably be just easier to not use the apps and just do a "basic" recording in (your's or whoever's POV). I remember having looked at replays previously from other's POV it can be a bit "iffy".

If I was to do it, I would ask that whoever it is notes the lap during qualifying it was done though, as I wouldn't have the time (or patience) to go through it and find it manually
