Final test day!
After this test, the thread where you can form teams and announce your car choice will be up.
Be aware that the custom fixed setups for these cars are very different to the stock setups, but approach them with caution nonetheless; although fitted with modern semi slicks, their brakes are still stock, there's no ABS and flooring the throttle on exits will often result in a spin.
Latest setup update:
Quite possibly the final update before the start of the series.
- improved setup of Ruf Yellowbird; more stable, better turn in, better exit, reduced weight ballast and camber
- improved setup of Ferrari F40; less weight, better braking, more lively feeling
- improved setup of Ferrari GTO; more lively feeling, also added restrictor for better balance
- improved setup of Lamborghini Countach; slight camber reduction and tire pressure adjustments
All cars also feature enough fuel so they won't be able to finish a full heat. In the final pre-season event (Sunday the 13th) we'll test if pit stops are actually functioning well enough to feature in the series. If so, pit stops will be explained in a seperate thread, also linked in the race threads.
Confirmed cars for the series:
Lamborghini Countach (Dream Pack 2)
Ferrari 288 GTO (Ferrari 70th Anniversary Pack)
Ferrari F40
Ruf Yellowbird
Required tracks for this event:
Nürburgring GP GT Layout
Zandvoort (OSRW add-on likely not yet required)
Mugello
Okayama https://www.racedepartment.com/downloads...uit.15846/
As usual, please be nice and post whether you'll be there so everyone knows
