First of all, sorry Cote Dazur for our incident. Hope you know it wasn't on purpose and that all of us are trying to get a hang of these cars
Other than that, very fun evening. The car selection is interesting, should make for some very fun racing with many overtakes I expect. Gonna give my feedback here as well and impressions on the cars: - RX7 - it's definitely fast on straights, but I don't like the way it feels like a boat - Supra feels better than the RX7 on corners, but not as fast on straights as far as I could tell - Lotus seems quite well rounded, I like how it corners, I like how it exits corners, and it left me a very good impression. There's one little issue with it that it sometimes gets some body roll and if you're not careful you can end up in a nasty spin, especially on corner entries and while in engine brake. - BMW M3 - corners like a pro, exits corners decently, lacks a bit of top speed, and it is highly dangerous while braking (both because it brakes quite fast, and because it tends to lock rear wheels and end in a spin ) - 911 RSR - decent on corners, fast on corner exits (yeah, who wouldn't expect that), lacks some power after shifting into 4th, a little unstable under braking also, but not as much as the BMW

That's what we all do and no-one ever had issues with that so far. If for whatever reasons you can't use one and the same ID on those three services which I honestly disagree that it can be an issue, but I respect your decision, that means that you won't be invited for races and will not be eligible to race in any of our events. I also told you before that you don't seem very communicative and mostly don't reply at all to my messages on steam, like again today, when you were playing games and having breaks between them. This, as mentioned before, also bothers me. So if you can use one ID over mentioned three services and can be a bit more communicative, you're very welcome to race here. If not, then I'd recommend looking for another place to race.
Really fun cars to drive today! I really liked the Porsche 911 RSR, but the straight line speed is it's main weakness. For those who want to add a little more to their cars, I've linked a tire pack from RaceDepartment. It works on the 911 RSR but I'm not sure if it will work on others.

Yeah, well.. Thanks everyone for having some good races. I unfortunately had some stutter/framedrops in the first few races, toned down my graphics settings a bit and it's good again now. I caused a bit of havoc and spun quite a lot because of that, or just because the setups, or I'm just shit at the game right now
The balance between cars and setups aren't perfect yet, and some piggies might not make it to the eligible car list, but at least now I got a much better idea about how difficult the various cars are for you guys and how they compare in real racing situations. Might have been a bit rough for some of you, since some of the cars need a bit more getting used to than others (lack of ABS on the M3/911 for example), but I'll do my best to provide another good series, already with quite a lot of feedback.. Please do keep it constructive, otherwise I might start crying, and my crying is really annoying..

Lot of spinning for me tonight learning the new cars and setups. And I managed to blow some gearboxes not fully de-clutching on gear changes.
I tried three:- BMW: Really enjoyed this, once I learned not to brake! Was a match for the other cars through the corners, but was then often left for dead on the straights. Seemed to lack any power when changing into 4th gear. Lotus: This car was built 10 miles from my home. I think I could quite like this car if I got to know it better. Initial impressions were that it was easier to handle, but for me not as much fun as the BMW. I was slow in this. 911: Looks great. Sounds even better. Didn't have much time in this. Think I might have mashed the gearbox, as there didn't appear to be any difference between 3rd and 4th gear. It seems with the varied car choice Sven is offering there is something for everyone.

I'm already at work on a skin for the series, basic colour scheme and a work in progress. I'll link the artwork once it's all done. (This skin is for when and if I run Privateer.)

Hey.
I tested all the cars and it was fun. It was a bit difficult, because not only I changed the cars, but also the track changed. So I could not compare time or something, all about feeling. For me the Porsche and the BMW are the most fun. For racing it would be interesting to take the not so funny supra, trying to make a big butt in corners and get some time in the straights back. But that would not be much fun, because of the long waiting line behind me. And surely then I make another mistake and the whole plan is doomed. So I think I am going for the german cars. Or maybe teaming will decide this, because this would be more important to me, than the car-choice. Overall a fun evening.

Very good night, all the cars were fun to drive and have their own strenght and weakness.
M3 and 911 have slick tyres, I found the BMW was too grippy against SM tyres but the 911 is as fast as M3 in corners and have better accel. I'm not sure about braking because with the RSR, I have to step deep on the brake pedal before it locks while the BMW has a very short range. Big rev while "heel and toe" or keeping the current gear in corners were my best options to keep the M3 stable while braking. I really liked the Lotus despite I feel it was the most "difficult" car to be consistant with. Great overall balance, the lack of power is balanced by the lack of weight, makes it awesome on sinuous tracks. The Supra and the RX7 are cool cars, you did a great job @ settings, Sven. Both are what I love: insane power, reactive bodies and good balance giving feedback; I kept 3rd gear in small corners to avoid spinning tyres and worked fine. I felt the Supra was maybe better on high speed corners entry while braking (drove it like a Porsche) . I dunno what car to choose; I hope there will be another free test night with definitive settings to make a definitive choice

Although I appreciate the effort, I recommend to wait until the rules are up. Cars, setups and ballast are not final. Don't blame me if your work is for nothing

@ Gears: For me it looks like Mila Superstar. All that Anime look for me like Mila Superstar. Does that tell anything about me?
