I guess i bumped u in heat 2, but it was more a firendly touch and nothing was happen...
Yeah, the spin was pretty severe though, something like 7th to 13th.. Had a good battle with Dimavika afterwards, and it's good to be in the midfield at a track I still have difficulties at. It's a good thing there were constantly cars close ahead of me..
was some of the best racing battles in a while, almost had the win in race 3 but got a little squirly in one corner last lap. that was the only invitation mad-rooky needed. he was catching me bit by bit the whole race though.
first race was very action packed, managed to fend off several attacks for a 2nd place, a couple small racing incidentals, nothing serious.
second race was good too, but I messed up and took out 2nd trying a tad too hard. gave the position back but gave up 3rd to Sven in the process.
overall, I think Team Jake had a good showing this week.

Ghehe, loved how you tapped mad-rooky and had to stay in my path all along, taking my second place
I was hoping (silently, of course) he'd spun and I could get past both of you, but tough luck..
yeah, that some good racing , a bit more contact that i was expecting, but nothing like what im used to .
I bumped the rear of Dimavika, and he went off track. I may have caused some traffic jam, while waiting for him to come back in
But I enjoyed the racing very much. so thx for that

Oh there where two other cars on the right not one, no wonder.... thought there is enough space but then i got hit on the rear, i had no time to realise what was happen there in the race, was busy to catch the car, almost spun...

Yeah, I had to work for it to catch it. I had Jean on my right and held room for him, I think you assumed I'd swing right more and started moving over, but I had nowhere to go
Had my longest and best battle so far with Nrth in second heat. What felt like 4 laps of constant forth and back ended in a 0.006 s win in the last lap. I felt like the winner of the race Thx Nrth!
Looks like most people are in agreement with me when I say this was one of the most fun races of the series.
I had a great quali, still not quite sure how I managed to get that perfect lap in! I seem to have nailed the start in the RX-7 and Heat 1 showed this, leading into turn 1. But the pace of Mad-Rooky reeled me in. I didn't fight to hard against him as I knew it was just a matter of time. When Offcorsa was trying though I wasn't going to give it up without a fight. He got past at turn 3, but I managed to retake second in the final corner section with a nice dive up the inside. A couple laps later, he pushed past me, at turn 3 again! Unfortunately for me, sven, barry and jean also managed to get past as I was slowed down. I managed to get back one of these positions but failed to capitalise on the many mistake in front of me on that final lap!
After finishing 5th, start on pole. Heat 2 started well again, but I fucked it hard on lap 2 turn 2. I cut the corner slightly, unsettling the car. I tried in vain to hold it, but ended up in the wall with many cars passing. After finally getting back into the line of cars, I found myself behind who else, but my main Am rival Mr Chip. Result! With most of the race still to go, I knew if I could get past chip, this race would still have a good result. This was not made easy by several incidents along the way. Most notably, a collision in front of me resulted in two cars sideways on the track again after turn 2. I tried to avoid them, but could not entirely, spinning again. In the end however, Chip spun out ahead of me, and I managed to get past him. Finished 11th.
Heat 3 was amazing fun. I started just behind Jonah, and we drove the whole race together, following him past quite a few cars who came together. I got a chance to pass him at turn 3, which I managed to take. Good clean racing from Jonah and me there. Ahead was nick and soul. With not long of the race to go they started battling each other, allowing me to quickly catch up, when finally going into the last few corners of the final lap, I maybe had the chance to pass, but Nick slowed slightly too much and with soul on the outside I had no where to go and had to follow nick to the line, finished a few hundredths of a second behind him.

hehe.. yeah, that was a fun moment. I saw you 2 side by side, but I had good speed in the wheels with no where to go. Then you left a little room between you, and I thought "its going to be tight, but I can fit in".. lol.. sure wasnt alot of room going into T1 with you guys on either side. damn funny and nervewrecking at the same time
