I just want to say if you don't have Crew Chief installed for AC yet, you are really missing out! In second heat Chip was hot on my heels and Crew Chief said to me: "Don't let that little shit intimidate you, let him work for it!" And I was like: w0000t?!? I totally lost my concentration in the first corner when he said that and spun out and Chip drove into me Seriously, get it, and remember to enable swear mode in the settings
This was the most fun race of the series for me, first time in my sim rig and it really feels like it's easier for me to control throttle and brake now that I don't sit in a chair with wheels on. Even with the casters in shoes trick, the chair still moves a bit so that makes it harder to learn muscle memory, I think. Have some small adjustments I need to do to the Rig to make it even better and then I will start to take the podium!

Can only agree, it's the first time, I've really heard him say anything like that, and he had a few choice words to say about you especially! I didn't realise I had my rift mic on always record, and it picks up me laughing at the end of Race 3 when he tells me "cmon Chip, get past this twat"!!!!!
Even after a nightmare 3 races really, with my bloody clutch constantly playing up, I had great fun and Crew Chief really does add another dimension to it all. (Even if I was getting sick of it telling me that Minder, ed etc had done ANOTHER fastest lap etc etc.
So this is Race 3 from Red Bull Ring - not particularly exciting, but after the first couple of laps its just me hunting the train of Jonah, Earl and Cyclic, and taking advantage of a coming together before losing it after my clutch fucks up again.... with a bit of fruity Crew Chief chat......
What a sunday! Due to the skyline being more OP than usual on this track, I achieved my best result of the series with a second place in heat 2. I had really close battles in all 3 heats, especially with Minder in 1 and 2. Such good racing!
This whole series was great fun. Big big thanks to Sven for all his hard work. He gave me a small insight into how much has to go in to making this series what it is, and he did a great job. Can't wait for the next one to start!
I don't know how I'm going to challenge the likes of Minder and Barry for wins, but hopefully if I keep racing with you all, I can improve my skills.
