Unfortunatly I lost connection in heat 1 again. I have to find out what makes me drop out of servers which is annoying.
But anyway from what I remember Heat 2 was a great for me. Started second to last and got up to p7, profiting from mistakes arround me and rocketing past the straights. Unfortunatly I don't have the replay anymore but I had alot of fun fighting through the field. I remember some very close moments with some people but overall it was very clean I think. In Heat 3 it was a stalemate between Stephen_Hill and me with almost identical laptimes but he got the fastest lap in the end Overall alot of fun was had, until next time guys^^

Really good racing today! The differences in straight line speed and brakes make it pretty interesting against the mercs!
Heat 1 was chasing down Stephen. He would've won if not for his only mistake, out braked himself t3. Heat 2, I was front row for the t1 death lol it turned out really well for me, got into 3rd. Little battle with gcosens. I almost took him out when he braked slightly early, but I managed to avoid. After getting past a few corners later, Sven had 3 seconds on me. I managed to close it to 0.5, but then the race ended. Heat 3, was having some great battle with Sabin, but then I spun out on my own, down to like 12th i think. Made a few positions back, pappa was putting on the pressure at the end, but I kept it clean. gr guys!

I was really worried about having an awful weekend after making the mistake of pushing too hard in qualifying, having done a 2:30:1 practice, knowing sub 2:30 was possible, but making small mistakes resulting in track limit breaches. I therefore didn't set a time and ended up at the back of the grid for Heat 1.
Starting in 21st, I was kicking myself for not just putting in a decent time on my first lap and then pushing for something decent afterwards. I managed to make up 6 or 7 places by turn 2 just by driving in the middle of the road while others were tripped up on the inside or outside line. After that, I got my head down and tried to keep it clean and safe. Unfortunately, there was a bit of contact with Emerty when he caught me out braking earlier than I expected, but no drama, just a small tap on his rear . I ended up making it by but again, had a small incident with Stewart when he went a bit wide and the kerb threw me from the inside to the outside. We didn't lose any places and I gave him the place back, so it worked out pretty well. In the end, I managed to make it up to 10th place from 21st, which I was thrilled about as it put me in a good spot for Heat 2. I held a decent position floating around in the Top 5 in Heat 2, but the guys around me are much better and I inevitably made a few mistakes and ended up finishing 6th, again, hugely pleased with it but it could have been better if I was more consistent. Being in the top 3 in Heat 3 was really playing on my mind and making me pretty nervous, more so because I was worried about hitting someone and ruining their race. As it turns out, I ended up making ANOTHER mistake, and spun off towards the end of the lap. I let a few people by and finished 9th. Considering the awful qualifying, it's more than I could have hoped for and I finished with a decent points tally. I'm definitely going to go away and work on my consistency as I think that's what's killing my results right now. Great racing all!

Started with a bit of a worry, since everything registered as buttons instead of axisses. So the wheel was either turned hard left, middle or hard right, but nothing else, and the pedals were also on / off switches. Luckily reinstalling drivers fixed it before the race. Would've been an uphill battle otherwise....
H1: Had a nice battle for position trying to overtake Roscoe. He was faster in the faster corners, I was faster in the slower corners, and he defended the lines nicely. Great fun and really an example of why I joined Cosy. Finished 14th. H2: Got in with a pack of Vette's and a Mercedes. Not really sure who was who (didn't have driver names or positions on), but good battle again. At some point I was driving alone, doing quite well I think, with nobody in the mirrors, nobody on the minimap. Then out of nowhere Milvus blasted past on Kettle Bottoms, with a speed difference as if he was in a different league. Finished 12th. H3: Had a good start, and had a few laps of trying to fend off SiXxX (with Ed, Pappa, Gcosens and Old Earl in tow). SiXxX was definitely faster on the straights so I had fun trying to get good corner exit before those straights and defending the braking zone. This went well and safe for a couple of laps, unfortunately he got caught up in a racing incident I think. Then I was slowly getting reeled in by the others. I defended the inside line after the two large straights, but I think Ed and later Pappa straight up passed me on the outside. All in all this was a great evening and the track worked. The track had a bit of everything, with the 2 (or 3) straights for the Mercs, but also some tight corners for the 911 to shine, and some tricky bits (carousel and the final 2 corners) where the Vette's used their stability to their advantage. Can somebody upload the replays of H1 and H2? I forgot to save em.
