A track that's pretty much a faster version of Forza Motorsport's Maple Valley.. Glad to be behind MinDer during quali, as on the second lap my "studying" of his lines already worked out enough No need to put in more effort, and saved a bunch of time
In heat 1 the plan was to push Dima into a mistake, but he cut me off a bit on the first turn, then had to catch up, which was quite hard. Once I got a bit closer the overtaking on the straight with the Ferrari isn't very very hard, but still a game of just getting on the right side at the right moment. 1.5 second ahead on the finish line!
Second heat I had more trouble, as a chaotic start and careful driving put me back to 10th. Eased into a rhythm, helped by some others going off track and battling, and with a few minutes on the clock had to get by Offcorsa. He defended well, but had to let me go at the second opportunity down the swerving straights.
Third heat was a bit better than the second in terms of starting position, and again I had to get by Offcorsa to claim first. Then some cars behind me got into battles(?) and managed an eight second gap on the finish line.
Looked very dominant, but the Ferrari was a bit of a handful, and it might also be that I really like the style of this track
My first 150 since February last year at the Red Bull Ring!
